Helping Therapists Rewrite Their Story with Documentation

Most of us left grad school ready to change lives — not realizing how quickly paperwork would steal our energy. No one taught us how to write progress notes, treatment plans, or policies that actually reflect good therapy. Replenish Ed was born from that gap. Here, documentation becomes more than a task to survive; it’s a tool for clarity, confidence, and meaningful care.

I’m here to help you feel organized, confident, and caught up.

MEET THE FOUNDER & educator

Hey, I'm Christine!

I’m a licensed therapist, group practice owner, clinical supervisor, and documentation reform enthusiast (which is admittedly a weird hill to die on).

After 15 years in mental health—from inpatient psych to women’s IOPs to leading a thriving group private practice—I realized how often great therapists burn out.

Not because of the work itself, but because no one ever taught us how to manage the systems behind it.

Documentation, admin, and structure aren’t just paperwork—they’re the backbone of ethical, sustainable care.

Over the years, I’ve used it all—from good old paper charts and Meditech to SimplePractice, and now Jane.app.

Along the way, I’ve helped develop treatment planning frameworks for interdisciplinary teams in inpatient psych, launch new clinical programs, and build the note templates and admin systems that keep them running smoothly.

Using all of these collective experiences, I’m bringing the fine-tuned systems I’ve created and perfected over the years to build a space where therapists feel supported, confident, and equipped.

A space where documentation finally makes sense—and even strengthens the care we provide.

What you’ll find here:

Simple systems that make documentation faster, cleaner, and clinically sound

Trainings that connect your notes to real client progress; not just compliance

A community that reminds you you’re not alone in this work (or the backlog)

Fun Facts About Me

Because the work we do matters — but so does the life we come home to.

I’m a mom of two girls, and our favorite thing to do together is create art.

I’m a cat person at heart — but somehow ended up with three dogs.

In my free time, you’ll find me curled up with a romantasy novel and a hot chai tea.

While my work systems are streamlined, my house is definitely not — I’m a self-admitted messy person (thankfully, my husband balances me out).

Family is at the center of everything I do. The systems I build aren’t just about efficiency—they’re my way of creating space to be fully present in the moments that matter most, both in my work and in my life.
